Urban project for Marghera (Italy) in order to resolve social problem and the environment pollution. The project consist of a "new head" with skyscraper for tourists arriving to visit Venice, and the restoration of a long strip characterized of a lot abandoned areas and industrial building that will be demolish in order to create a green band with new eco-quartier and a herbs park with many colored plants and flower. There are mechanisms for traffic calming such as woonerf, tanks for phytoremediation along the strip, and public space to favorite the social mix.
